Before founding Alpha Lab, Hayes was Principal and Chief Operating Officer of Atlantic Alpha Strategies, LLC., a statistical arbitrage hedge fund.

Hayes was also a Managing Principal for the Atlanta office of S&Y Asset Management, a boutique multi-family office platform providing investment advisory and planning services to high net-worth families. Hayes started his career at Smith Barney where he successfully created investment strategies and oversaw separately managed accounts.

With a degree in Physics, Hayes uses his granular understanding of investment strategies and performance analytics to help Alpha Lab clients effectively communicate strategy, objective, investment process, and communicate long-term vision.

Fletcher is based in Charleston, South Carolina and carries with him over two decades worth of award-winning Art and Creative Direction in both the advertising agency as well as in-house corporate creative environments from the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area.

His experience with Sprint, MCI Telecommunications, Ketchum Communications, Visa USA, Capital One Bank, the Discovery Channel and the Learning Channel are but a few of the many organizations Fletcher has worked with. He is also known for producing top-notch brand and identity development, direct marketing campaigns as well as B2B/B2C marketing, retail design and consumer advertising.
